Shaping the flow – A Geomorphology Walk

Join us for a gentle walk to take a look at the impressive river restoration work which has taken place at Lugg’s Farm. We will be joined by  Hannah Metson, Project Development & Delivery Officer, at the Blackdown Hills National Landscape, to discuss the technical plan for the river restoration and how funding was arranged to support the work.

Facilities

There will be no facilities or refreshments available at the site.

There is no parking available at the farm so we will meet at Stockland Village Hall car park and share mini bus transport to Luggs Farm.

The terrain will be mixed over grass and tracks. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing for the weather- wellies or walking boots advised.
